    A great exercise to accentuate an tone is to stand on a stair with your heels off and just the balls of your feel and toes on the the stair. Keep a hand on the railing or wall for balance, then dip your heels down as far as you can. Then move them up as high as you can.

    Do 3 sets of 30 varying your heels straight, slightly outward, and slightly inward to work the whole gastroc nemeous muscle.
